      PC has good transparency and thermal stability. The disadvantage is that the hand feel is not good. Especially after using it for a period of time, the appearance looks "dirty" and belongs to engineering plastics, that is, organic glass, such as polymethyl methacrylate. , polycarbonate, etc.

      PC is a material that is used in large quantities, such as mobile phone cases, laptops, etc., especially for the manufacture of baby bottles, space cups, and the like. In recent years, the bottle has been controversial because it contains bisphenol A. The higher the temperature of bisphenol A remaining in PC, the more release and the faster the speed. Therefore, you should not use a PC water bottle to hold hot water.


      PP plastic is isotactic crystallization, good thermal stability, but the material is brittle and easy to break, mainly polypropylene material. The microwave lunch box is made of this material and has a high temperature resistance of 130 ° C and poor transparency. This is the only plastic box that can be placed in the microwave oven and can be reused after careful cleaning.

      It is necessary to pay special attention to some microwave oven lunch boxes, which are made of PP No. 05, but the cover is made of PS PS (polystyrene). The transparency of PS is general, but it is not resistant to high temperature, so it cannot be combined with the box. And put it in the microwave. To be on the safe side, remove the lid before placing the container in the microwave oven.


      PVC, also known as PVC, is a polyvinyl chloride resin. It is often used to make engineering profiles and daily life plastic products, common raincoats, building materials, plastic films, plastic boxes, etc. Excellent plasticity and low price. But can only withstand 81 ° C high temperature.

      The toxic and harmful substances easily produced by plastic materials of this material come from two aspects, one is that the single-molecule vinyl chloride which is not completely polymerized in the production process, and the other is the harmful substance in the plasticizer. These two substances are prone to precipitation when exposed to high temperatures and oils, and toxic substances are easily carcinogenic when they enter the human body with food. Currently, containers of this material have been used less for packaging foods. Also don't let it get hot.


      PE is polyethylene. Preservative film, plastic film, etc. are all such materials. The heat resistance is not strong, and the normally qualified PE cling film will have a hot melt phenomenon when the temperature exceeds 110 ° C, leaving some plastic preparations that cannot be decomposed by the human body.

      Moreover, the food wrapped in plastic wrap is heated, and the fat in the food can easily dissolve the harmful substances in the wrap film. Therefore, when the food is placed in the microwave oven, the wrapped plastic wrap is first removed.


      PET, that is, polyethylene terephthalate, mineral water bottles, and carbonated beverage bottles are all made of this material. Beverage bottles can not be recycled with hot water. This material is heat resistant to 70 ° C. It is only suitable for warm drinks or frozen drinks. It is easy to deform when it is filled with high temperature liquid or heated, and it is soluble in substances harmful to human body.
