The methods of modifying plastic materials have the following types

3, blend: two or more were not completely incompatible polymer materials evenly mixed into compatible macro and micro points phase mixture, to meet the physical and mechanical properties, optical performance and processability of certain requirements.


4, alloy, and mixed similar, but good compatibility between the components, easy to form a homogeneous system, and can obtain some performance cannot be achieved by a single component, such as PC alloy, or PS modified PPO, etc.


5. Filling: the purpose of improving physical mechanical performance or reducing cost by adding filler to plastic.


 6. Other modification: such as the use of conductive filler to reduce the resistivity of plastic;Add antioxidantght stabilizer to improve the weatherability of materials;Add pigmentses to change the color of the material, join internal/external lubricant materials processing performance is improved, the use of nucleating agent change the crystallization characteristics of semi crystalline plastics to improve its mechanical properties and optical properties, and so on.
