2.How to place an order and receive the products?

a. Inquiry: The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can offer. Please provide detailed specifications and inform us of the quantity.

b. Quotation: An official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed product information.

c. Printing File: Provide a PDF or AI format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

d. Mold Making: Molds will be completed within 1-2 months after payment of the mold fee. The mold fee must be paid in full.

e. Sample Confirmation: Samples will be sent out within 10 days after the mold is ready.

f. Payment Terms: T/T 30% in advance, balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading.

g. Production: Mass production; shipping marks are needed after production.

h. Shipping: By sea, air, or courier.

3.Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?

Yes, we have an R&D department and can create personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If a new mold is needed, we can make it to produce the products you want.

4.Is the sample free?

Yes, new customers need to pay the delivery expense, and your delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL, etc., is needed.
