According to the plan, by the end of 2019, hainan province will establish and improve the provincial regulations and standards banning the production, sale and use of disposable non-degradable plastic products, improve the supervision and law enforcement system, and form the supply capacity of alternative products.By the end of 2020, the production, sale and use of disposable non-degradable plastic bags and plastic tableware will be banned in the province.By the end of 2025, the production, sale and use of plastic products listed in the list of disposable non-biodegradable plastic products (trial) are prohibited in hainan province.
At the same time, hainan will promote the development and promotion of alternative products of biodegradable plastics.MAO m l.on introduction, hainan will build full biodegradable plastics industry demonstration base, to make industry development planning, the introduction of advanced enterprise and local enterprise cooperation, to form the island's one-time full biodegradable plastic products production capacity, cultivate a good industry and the market environment, ensuring one-time full biodegradable alternative production of plastic products and plastic work smooth implementation.
Hainan will strengthen the supervision of the production, sales and use of plastic products in the province, carry out law enforcement inspections for enterprises and merchants in the production and circulation of disposable plastic products, and incorporate the illegal behaviors of enterprises and individuals who illegally produce, sell and use disposable non-degradable plastic products into the social credit system.Those who are blacklisted shall report to the national platform in a timely manner and be subject to joint punishment nationwide.
