This paper introduces the background of the policies on the treatment of plastic pollution, analyzes the policy considerations on banning and restricting the use of non-degradable plastic bags and disposable plastic tableware, and puts forward some suggestions on the consideration and management of garbage classification.
First, don't overdemonize plastic, we can't live without plastic. Do not exaggerate the advantages of degradable plastic, degradable plastic bags should be objectively recognized.
Second, the promotion of biodegradable plastic bags, to do a good job in supporting work, to have a clear identification, and should be put into the classification with other garbage, clear degradation conditions of biodegradable plastic bags, need to strengthen the process, technology, policy supporting work.
Thirs, Sequence of prevention and control measures for plastic pollution:
(1) reduction;
